Goals For The Season
This is a co-ed developmental program for grades K-5 geared toward learning fundamental lacrosse skills. Practices will consist of an overview of basic game rules, stick mechanics, ground balls, shooting, throwing, catching and cradling. Players will be divided into squads based on level of experience. Equipment (helmet, pads etc.) will be gradually introduced as we move through the season. This is a co-ed league and rules/skills specific to boys vs girls game play will be differentiated when appropriate.
